British Columbia is in an intensified period of curriculum change that is taking place on an unprecedented scale. As a teacher, you live this change in the classroom. How prepared and supported do you feel as a “new” teacher with a “new” curriculum? What kinds of pedagogical choices do you make to respond to the learning needs of all students? How do you engage the K-12 curriculum in your school district and classroom(s)? In this roundtable, we invite you to share your perspectives and learn from the diverse experiences of your colleagues. You will be contributing to an ongoing conversation about how the BCTF can best support and advocate for teacher-led curriculum change.
